Q: How can I get in touch with a former classmate?
A: Our office policy is that we will not give out the personal information of our alumni. However, we will gladly attempt to reach a classmate with your contact information and let them know that you wish to get back in touch with him/her. You may phone or e-mail the office with your request.
Q: How may I obtain a copy of my college transcript?
A: As the official record keepers of the College, the Office of the Registrar processes the requests for transcripts. To request a copy of yours, click here.
Q: Where do I pick up my diploma?
A: The Office of the Registrar will send you a postcard when your diploma is ready to be picked up at their office. Typically the diplomas come in about 6 weeks after graduation.
Q: What is a Chapter Event?
A: These are gatherings of alumni in a certain geographic region which provide our alumni with an opportunity to reminisce about their college days, meet some of the college staff, and network with alumni who live in their area. In the past, Worcester State College chapter events have been held in Florida, New York City, Cape Cod, Boston, Central Massachusetts, Washington D.C., and San Francisco.
